The other day, I came home from work, and Dave was working late. We didn't really have the stuff to make a full dinner, so I just looked in the fridge to improvise. I knew that I would be able to find something in there.

I decided to go with breakfast, which was actually pretty good. Dave loved it, which is sometimes hard if it's not spicy or different in some way. Now I am a total advocate for "recipe improvisation."

Refrigerator Scramble
-6 eggs 
-5 pieces of bacon
-1 potato
-1/2 onion
-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup of skim milk 

1. Heat skillet and cook bacon. Keep the grease. 
2. Chop bacon, onion and potato into fine pieces. 
3. Fry onion and potato in bacon grease. Add bacon pieces at the end. 
4. Crack eggs and scramble, add milk to eggs to make them creamy. Add salt and pepper to desired taste. 
5. Add egg mixture to potatoes. Keep mixing once in skillet to obtain "scramble."
6. Once completed, remove skillet from heat, and add cheese before serving.
