Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites

Hi Friends and Neighbors! I hope you all enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend.

We enjoyed a wonderful Friendsgiving, with tons of delicious food. I was responsible for dessert, so I whipped up these delicious little babies:

A couple of people asked me about them on Instagram, so I thought I would share the recipe with you today. It was so easy and fast to make them, and they are a no bake option. I can't decide if they are technically a cookie or a candy, but either way they are perfect to bring to your next holiday gathering.

Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites
1 bag Milk Chocolate Chips (this would also be great with dark chocolate!)
2 bags Wrapped Soft Caramels (I used Werthers because that's what they had at the store)
1/2 bag mini pretzels
Sea Salt

1. On wax paper, drizzle melted chocolate into small dollops (about 1 1/2 inch wide). Lay 2 pretzels in the chocolate and cover with a dollop or drizzle of melted caramel. Sprinkle sea salt over candies before caramel dries. Let set for about 20 minutes before storing.

This recipe originated from Oh, Sweet Basil.
